Base
- 6.5 oz grated coconut
- 10 oz coconut milk yoghurt
- 4 oz coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp Blue Green Organic Agave Syrup
- 1 oz coconut flour
- grated lime zest
- 1 pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the grated coconut with coconut oil, coconut yogurt, coconut flour, agave syrup, lime zest, and salt. Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake: 8-10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
