INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground turkey
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 diced tomato
1 can red kidney beans
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup Blue Green Organics Agave Syrup
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup chopped green peppers

DIRECTIONS
Coat large saucepan with vegetable oil and place ground turkey on medium heat until cooked. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato sauce, agave syrup, and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Then reduce and let simmer, stirring occasionally.
In a separate pan, stir together oil, onion, green peppers, and garlic until vegetables are tender and slightly brown. Add vegetable mixture to the large saucepan and stir.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, oregano and red peppers. Stir chili for 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
