INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Blue Green Organic Agave Syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup coconut
6 cups popped corn

DIRECTIONS
Prepare baking sheet lined with wax paper.
In a small saucepan, mix almond butter and agave syrup over medium heat, stirring mixture until it comes to a very light boil. Remove from heat.
Place popcorn into large mixing bowl and evenly pour almond butter and agave mixture, coating popcorn.
Slowly mix in macadamia nuts.
Gently begin to form popcorn mixture into 2-inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with coconut and place in refrigerator for 5 minutes to set, then serve and enjoy.
