Vegan Coconut Cake

INGREDIENTS

Base

  • 6.5 oz grated coconut
  • 10 oz coconut milk yoghurt 
  • 4 oz coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp Blue Green Organic Agave Syrup
  • 1 oz coconut flour
  • grated lime zest
  • 1 pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
  2. Mix the grated coconut with coconut oil, coconut yogurt, coconut flour, agave syrup, lime zest, and salt. Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake: 8-10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
