Gluten Free Nutty Granola

INGREDIENTS

3 cups gluten-free rolled oats

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup Blue Green Organic Agave Syrup

3.5 oz crunchy peanut butter 

1/2 cup pecan nuts 

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/4 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Mix the coconut oil, agave syrup, cinnamon, peanut butter, and vanilla in a large bowl.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir gently. 

4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray. Bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crisp, 25-30 minutes.
